Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Pat the chicken dry and trim any excess fat.
- Melt the butter in a shallow dish.
- Pour rice krispie cereal into a separate dish and lightly crush it.
- Dip each chicken piece in butter on both sides, then dip the top side in the cereal.
- Press extra cereal onto the top of the chicken and place it on a baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the chicken with the seasonings.
- Bake for 20-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the topping is golden brown.
