Ingredients

The chicken

  • 8 pieces boneless, skinless chicken thighs

The coating

  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 tablespoons rice krispie cereal

The seasonings

  • to taste Lawry's seasoned salt
  • to taste lemon pepper
  • to taste garlic powder
  • to taste onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Pat the chicken dry and trim any excess fat.
  3. Melt the butter in a shallow dish.
  4. Pour rice krispie cereal into a separate dish and lightly crush it.
  5. Dip each chicken piece in butter on both sides, then dip the top side in the cereal.
  6. Press extra cereal onto the top of the chicken and place it on a baking sheet.
  7. Sprinkle the chicken with the seasonings.
  8. Bake for 20-30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the topping is golden brown.
