Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and grease four mini loaf pans with butter.
- In a bowl, whisk together the butter, sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla extract for 2 minutes until well combined.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then stir this mixture into the creamed mixture.
- Fold in the blueberries gently.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared pans and bake for 30 minutes, or until a cake tester comes out clean.
- Let the loaves cool for 10 minutes before dusting with powdered sugar if desired.
