Thai Noodle Salad with Walnut Butter

The sauce

Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then rinse and set aside.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking all sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
- In a large bowl, combine the noodles, sliced veggies, cilantro, and toasted walnuts.
- Pour the sauce over the noodle and veggie mixture, then toss until everything is fully coated.
- If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Serve the salad cold.
