Classic Potato Salad

The dressing

mayonnaise

Barbecue Seasoning, paprika, or freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Simmer potatoes in salted water until tender.
- Boil eggs for 10 minutes, then cool in ice water.
- Peel eggs, separate yolks and whites, and mash yolks with dressing ingredients.
- Add chopped vegetables to the dressing mixture.
- Cool and peel potatoes, then cut into pieces and mix with dressing.
- Fold in reserved egg whites and chill before serving.
- Sprinkle with seasoning before serving.
