Easy Southern Potato Salad

Instructions
- Peel and cube the potatoes, then set aside.
- Boil the chicken stock and potatoes for 20 minutes, then drain and add to a large bowl.
- Boil the eggs for 20 minutes, cool, peel, and chop the egg whites while setting the yolks aside.
- Combine the chopped egg whites, mayonnaise, mustard, dill relish, green onions, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and sea salt with the potatoes in the large bowl.
- Fold all ingredients together until well mixed, and serve warm or chilled.
