Vegan Chickpea Tuna Salad

Instructions
- Combine all the salad ingredients in a food processor and pulse until combined, being careful not to make it too mushy.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and adjust seasonings to taste, pulsing again if necessary.
- Serve the salad in a lettuce wrap, sandwich, or on crackers as desired.
