Ingredients

The salad

  • 1 15-ounce can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 5-ounce can tuna in water, drained
  • 1 cup cucumber, chopped
  • 1 pint grape tomatoes, chopped
  • ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • cup kalamata olives, halved
  • ½ cup fresh parsley, chopped

The dressing

  • ½ batch Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Combine chickpeas, flaked tuna, cucumber, tomatoes, onion, olives, and parsley in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Prepare the Italian dressing and pour it over the salad.
  3. Toss everything to combine and enjoy.
