Ginger Peanut Lentil Burgers

Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and spray with olive oil.
- In a food processor, combine grated carrot, cilantro, ginger, garlic, and jalapeño. Pulse until combined.
- Add the remaining ingredients and process until well-combined but still textured.
- Form the mixture into 5 burger patties.
- Cook the burgers for 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden.
