The cashew cream

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- In a food processor, pulse carrot, kale, and garlic until finely chopped.
- Add chickpeas, oats, egg, peanut butter, ginger, soy sauce, lime juice, and red pepper flakes to the processor and pulse to combine, keeping it chunky.
- Spray the skillet with cooking spray and form the mixture into 6-8 sliders.
- Cook the sliders for about 5 minutes until browned, then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- To make the cashew cream, blend cashews, almond milk, lime juice, maple syrup, and salt until smooth.
- Serve the sliders on greens or whole-grain buns with the cashew cream.
