Asparagus Fritters

fresh asparagus (trimmed and sliced)

Instructions
- Make the aioli by whisking together all the aioli ingredients and refrigerate.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
- Blanch the asparagus in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to ice water.
- Pat the asparagus dry and combine it with the fritter ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray and drop dollops of the fritter batter into the basket.
- Cook the fritters for 8-12 minutes until set, repeating with remaining batter.
- Serve the fritters with the dill aioli.
