Shrimp Cakes

Instructions
- Chop the onion and garlic in a food processor.
- Add shrimp, salt, pepper, breadcrumbs, lemon zest, chili flakes, feta, and egg to the processor and pulse to combine without over-mixing.
- Scoop about ¼ cup of the mixture and form into ½ inch patties.
- Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Continue frying in batches until all patties are cooked.
