Ingredients

The oats

  • ½ cup Steel Cut Oats
  • 1 ¼ cup Water
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • a pinch Salt

Optional add-ins

  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ cup Raisins
  • ½ cup Chopped Apple
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to the Instant Pot and stir.
  2. Close the lid and set the steam release knob to the Sealing position.
  3. Press the Pressure Cook button and select 10 minutes.
  4. After cooking, let the pressure naturally release for 10 minutes.
  5. Let sit for an additional 12 minutes for creamier oats.
  6. Top with your favorite toppings like berries, nuts, or syrup.
