The base

  • 2 cups steel-cut oats
  • 2 ½ cups water
  • 2 ¾ cups plant milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons agave (optional)

  • to taste blueberries
  • to taste almond butter
  • to taste coconut flakes
  • to taste cubed mango
  • to taste pecans
  • to taste raw cane sugar
  • to taste apple slices
  • to taste raisins
  • to taste brown sugar
  • to taste cinnamon
  • to taste banana slices
  • to taste peanut butter
  • to taste chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine all base ingredients in the Instant Pot and stir.
  2. Seal the Instant Pot and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes, then allow the pressure to release naturally.
  3. Spoon the oatmeal into bowls and add your favorite toppings.
