Instructions
- Add water and non-dairy milk to the Instant Pot.
- Sprinkle in steel-cut oats, blueberries, brown sugar, optional vanilla extract, and salt without stirring.
- Lock the lid and set the steam release valve to sealing.
- Press the manual button and set to high pressure for 4 minutes.
- Allow the Instant Pot to release pressure naturally for 10-12 minutes.
- Carefully remove the lid and stir the oatmeal.
- Add lemon juice and zest, adjust sugar to taste, and add extra milk if desired.
