Instructions
- Combine water, steel cut oats, and cinnamon in the Instant Pot and stir.
- Seal the pot and cook on manual high pressure for 3 minutes.
- While the oats cook, heat the frozen fruit with maple syrup and lemon juice in a medium pan until defrosted.
- After cooking, let the pressure release naturally for about 10 minutes.
- Divide the oatmeal into bowls and top with the warm fruit mixture. Drizzle with additional maple syrup if desired.
