Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- Boil a pot of lightly salted water for the pasta.
- Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally and pound to ¼-inch thickness.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Prepare a flour mixture and an egg mixture in separate shallow dishes.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, then egg, and back in flour, shaking off excess.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through, then transfer to the oven.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add broth, wine, and lemon juice, and simmer until reduced.
- Season the sauce with salt and pepper, stir in parsley, and serve over chicken and pasta.
