Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Melt two tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken breasts for 5-7 minutes per side until cooked through, then remove from the skillet.
- Add the remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the white wine and cook for 3-4 minutes until reduced by half.
- Stir in the heavy cream and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add parmesan cheese, parsley, and spinach, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it.
