Homemade Basil Pesto
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil and salt.
- Inspiralize the zucchini and set aside.
- Make the basil pesto and mix it with the zucchini noodles until well combined.
- Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Grill the cherry tomatoes in a basket for about 5 minutes until they burst.
- Slice the grilled chicken and combine it with the burst tomatoes and pesto zoodles before serving.
