Chili Garlic Breakfast Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 8-inch tortilla
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar
  • ½ cup fresh spinach

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry the egg until over-easy or to your preferred doneness.
  3. Spread chili garlic sauce on one half of the tortilla.
  4. Add shredded cheese on top of the chili garlic sauce.
  5. Place the cooked egg on top of the cheese.
  6. Add fresh spinach and fold the tortilla closed.
  7. Return the folded tortilla to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.
  8. Slice the quesadilla in half and enjoy.
