Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the egg until over-easy or to your preferred doneness.
- Spread chili garlic sauce on one half of the tortilla.
- Add shredded cheese on top of the chili garlic sauce.
- Place the cooked egg on top of the cheese.
- Add fresh spinach and fold the tortilla closed.
- Return the folded tortilla to the skillet and cook until golden brown and crispy, with melted cheese inside.
- Slice the quesadilla in half and enjoy.
