Green Chile Breakfast Quesadillas

The quesadillas

tortillas (8" diameter)
Instructions
- Drain the green chiles and mix them with the shredded cheese and chopped cilantro in a bowl.
- Cook the eggs using your preferred method.
- Spread a portion of the cheese and chile filling over half of each tortilla, then add an egg on top.
- Fold the tortillas in half to form a quesadilla.
- Cook the quesadillas in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown and crispy, flipping to cook both sides.
- Cut the quesadillas into triangles and serve hot.
