Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by mixing all marinade ingredients together.
- Place the meat in a bag or container and pour the marinade over it, marinate for at least 4 hours.
- Cook rice in chicken broth, adding lime juice, butter, and salt.
- After cooking, stir in lime zest and cilantro.
- Adjust oven rack and broil the marinated meat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side.
