Instructions
- Bring pie crust to room temperature and roll it out. Place in pie plate, crimp edges, and freeze for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 375°F, cover crust with parchment and weights, and bake for 15 minutes. Remove weights and parchment. Cook bacon until crisp, then cook onion in bacon grease. Place bacon, onion, and cheese in crust. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, salt, and pepper, then pour over filling. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, then reduce to 350°F and bake for 25-30 more minutes. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
