Instructions
- Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- Stir together the sweetened condensed milk, butterscotch sauce, melted peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the chopped Reese's and pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, then freeze overnight.
- Combine warm water, sugar, yeast, and melted butter in a stand mixer and let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add salt and flour, mixing until combined, then knead until smooth.
- Let the dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and bring water to a boil.
- Shape the dough into pretzels, boil in baking soda water for 30 seconds, then bake for 10 to 15 minutes until golden.
- For the hot fudge, combine cocoa powder, brown sugar, honey, cream, salt, and half the chopped chocolate in a saucepan and heat until melted.
- Stir in remaining chocolate, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
- Assemble the sandwiches by slicing pretzels, adding ice cream, and drizzling with hot fudge.
