Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Petite Croissants
  • 6 strips Center Cut Bacon
  • 6 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Shredded Cheddar

Instructions

  1. 1. Pan fry the bacon until crispy.
  2. 2. Wipe out the skillet, leaving some bacon drippings, and keep it over low heat.
  3. 3. Whisk together the eggs with salt, pepper, and half and half or milk.
  4. 4. Add the eggs to the hot pan and scramble until fluffy.
  5. 5. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  6. 6. Lay the bottoms of the croissants in a pan, add cheese, eggs, bacon, and more cheese.
  7. 7. Place the tops of the croissants on and cover the pan with foil.
  8. 8. Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted and croissants are warm.
  9. 9. Serve and enjoy.
