Instructions
- 1. Pan fry the bacon until crispy.
- 2. Wipe out the skillet, leaving some bacon drippings, and keep it over low heat.
- 3. Whisk together the eggs with salt, pepper, and half and half or milk.
- 4. Add the eggs to the hot pan and scramble until fluffy.
- 5. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 6. Lay the bottoms of the croissants in a pan, add cheese, eggs, bacon, and more cheese.
- 7. Place the tops of the croissants on and cover the pan with foil.
- 8. Bake for 7-10 minutes until cheese is melted and croissants are warm.
- 9. Serve and enjoy.
