Ingredients

The sandwich

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 6 Large Organic Eggs
  • 2 Large Croissants
  • 2 Slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 Slices Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • to taste Red Pepper Jelly

Egg Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt

Beef Seasonings

  • 1 tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Ground Thyme
  • ¼ tsp Ground Nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp Marjoram Leaves
  • ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan Salt
  • ½ tsp Sage Rubbed
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Rosemary Leaves
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef with beef seasonings and form into patties.
  2. Whisk 4 eggs with egg seasonings.
  3. Cook beef patties in a pre-heated pan for 3 to 4 minutes per side, adding cheddar cheese on top after flipping.
  4. In a separate pan, fry the remaining 2 eggs and scramble the whisked eggs, adding Swiss cheese until slightly melted.
  5. Slice croissants in half, spread red pepper jelly, and layer the cooked items inside before topping with the other half.
