Instructions
- Mix ground beef with beef seasonings and form into patties.
- Whisk 4 eggs with egg seasonings.
- Cook beef patties in a pre-heated pan for 3 to 4 minutes per side, adding cheddar cheese on top after flipping.
- In a separate pan, fry the remaining 2 eggs and scramble the whisked eggs, adding Swiss cheese until slightly melted.
- Slice croissants in half, spread red pepper jelly, and layer the cooked items inside before topping with the other half.
