Strawberry, Basil and Crispy Prosciutto Breakfast Sandwich

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Place the bottom halves of the croissants on a baking sheet and layer with Brie slices.
- On the other side of the baking sheet, lay the prosciutto in a flat layer.
- Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the prosciutto is crispy.
- Meanwhile, cook the eggs to your liking.
- Remove the croissants from the oven and top with avocado and strawberries.
- Drizzle the strawberries with honey and sprinkle with salt.
- Add the crispy prosciutto and then the egg, sprinkling with salt and pepper.
- Add basil leaves and drizzle the whole sandwich with honey.
- Place the top half of the croissant on the sandwich and enjoy.
