  • 3 oz french bread or baguette
  • cup baby arugula
  • ¾ oz imported prosciutto, fat trimmed
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • to taste fresh cracked pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk together balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
  2. Cut the bread and layer with arugula and prosciutto.
  3. Drizzle the sandwich with the balsamic mixture and add fresh cracked pepper.
