Instructions
- Drizzle olive oil on the slices of bread.
- Layer arugula on the bottom slice.
- Add tomato slices on top of the arugula.
- Place mozzarella slices on top of the tomatoes.
- Top with torn basil leaves and season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze and more olive oil if desired.
- Enjoy your sandwich.
