Instructions
- Slice the focaccia bread in half.
- Layer arugula, mozzarella, and tomato slices on the bottom half of the bread.
- If using, add roasted cherry tomatoes and pickled onions.
- Top with fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the top half of the bread on the sandwich and serve.
