Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Croissant Breakfast Casserole

Instructions
- Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
- Crumble the sausage into a skillet and cook over medium heat, adding dehydrated onion, mustard powder, and garlic powder halfway through until fully browned.
- Slice the croissants in half lengthwise and place the bottoms in the baking dish.
- Top the croissant bottoms with the sausage mixture, green onions, and cheese, then place the croissant tops on.
- In a blender, combine milk, eggs, salt, and Tabasco sauce; blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the croissants, cover with foil, and refrigerate overnight or for 6-8 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F, bake covered for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Allow to stand for 10 minutes before serving.
