Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F.
- Rip the croissants into bite-sized chunks and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy, then let them cool.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt with a mixer until combined.
- Add eggs and vanilla, then beat until smooth, and finally mix in the milk until creamy.
- Add the cooled croissant pieces to a 9x13 dish, sprinkle with berries, and pour the egg mixture over the top.
- Gently press the croissants into the egg mixture and cover with aluminum foil.
- Let it sit overnight or at least 2 hours before baking.
- Bake for 50-55 minutes until the egg mixture has set and the croissants are golden.
- Let cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
