Flourless Chocolate Torte

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and prepare a 9-inch springform pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate and butter together until smooth, then let cool slightly.
- Stir in the sugar and then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add the vanilla and almond extracts, and any optional alcohol if desired.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow the torte to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before unmolding.
- Dust with powdered sugar and serve with optional toppings.
