Asparagus Stir-Fry

hoisin sauce

fine-grain sea salt
Instructions
- Prep all ingredients and have them ready near the stove.
- Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add tofu and cook until golden, then set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil and heat, then add onions, ginger, red pepper flakes, asparagus, and salt. Stir-fry for about a minute.
- Add garlic, cashews, and spinach, and stir-fry until spinach wilts.
- Return tofu to the pan and stir in lime zest, juice, and hoisin sauce. Cook for another 10-20 seconds while stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in mint and basil. Adjust salt to taste.
