Instructions
- Rinse the frozen kale under warm water and squeeze out excess water.
- Heat oil in a skillet and soften the minced onion.
- Add the kale, garlic powder, salt, coconut milk, maple syrup, and lemon zest to the skillet and stir.
- Simmer the mixture for about 2-3 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and stir in the lemon juice before serving.
