Creamy Kale Caesar Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- Remove and discard large stems from the kale and shred the remaining leaves.
- Toss the shredded kale in a large bowl with the toasted walnuts and set aside.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together the sour cream, parmesan cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the kale mixture and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately.
