Instructions
- Prepare the kale by removing the stems and washing the leaves.
- Massage the kale with sea salt for about 1-2 minutes until it softens.
- Chop or crush the croutons and add them to the bowl with the kale.
- Mix the dressing ingredients (olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and black pepper) in a small bowl until combined.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and add the grated parmesan cheese, then toss to combine.
- Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2-3 days.
