The spices

  • ¾ tsp Onion powder

  • ¼ tsp Paprika
  • tsp Ground cloves
  • tsp Mustard powder

Instructions

  2. Simmer for about 30 minutes over low heat, covered, until the ketchup thickens to your desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
  3. For a smoother texture, puree the ketchup in a high-power blender for at least 30 seconds.
