Ingredients

  • 1 28-oz can tomato puree
  • ¾ cup white vinegar
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • teaspoon celery salt
  • teaspoon ground mustard
  • teaspoon cloves
  • to taste pepper and/or cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or until the mixture thickens.
  3. Store in a glass jar or squeeze bottle in the refrigerator or freeze.
