Homemade Ketchup

Instructions
- Soak the pitted dates in boiling water for a few minutes.
- In a blender, combine the tomato paste, vinegar, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, mustard, allspice, cloves, and ¼ cup of water.
- Add the soaked dates and their water to the blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- Taste and adjust the seasonings if necessary.
- Pour the ketchup into an airtight container and store it in the fridge.
