Homemade Paleo Ketchup

Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat, cover partly, and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
- Transfer to airtight containers and refrigerate until chilled.
