Ingredients

Honey Mustard Dressing

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp paprika
  • tsp salt
  • to taste freshly cracked pepper

Salad

  • 1 large crown broccoli (about 5 cups chopped)
  • ¼ cup red onion (about ½ cup diced)
  • cup slivered almonds
  • ¼ cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Prepare the honey mustard dressing by mixing mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Chop the broccoli into small pieces.
  3. Finely dice the red onion.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, diced onion, slivered almonds, and dried cranberries.
  5. Add about half of the honey mustard dressing to the salad and stir to coat, adding more dressing to taste.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
