Peppermint Bark Fudge

Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
- For the chocolate layer, melt sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and marshmallow creme in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peppermint extracts, then spread the mixture into the prepared pan and refrigerate.
- Clean the saucepan and repeat the process for the white chocolate layer using white chocolate chips, adding crushed candy canes before spreading it over the chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle extra crushed candy canes on top if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 4 hours until set.
- Lift the fudge out of the pan using the foil, peel off the foil, and cut into 1-inch squares.
