Peppermint Bark

The flavoring and toppings

Instructions
- Melt the semisweet chocolate in a bowl using a microwave or double boiler.
- Spread the melted chocolate into a thin layer on parchment paper and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
- Melt the white chocolate and mix in the peppermint extract until smooth.
- Spread the white chocolate over the semisweet layer and top with crushed candy canes.
- Chill the bark in the fridge for about 20 minutes until set.
- Allow the bark to sit at room temperature for 20 minutes before cutting into pieces.
