Ingredients

The noodles and broth

  • 1 packet shirataki noodles
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon togarashi (optional)

The toppings

  • 1 piece soft boiled egg
  • ΒΌ cup baby bok choy
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Drain the shirataki noodles and wash them with boiling water.
  2. Combine the chicken broth and soy sauce in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the noodles and boil for 3 minutes, then remove from heat and add the togarashi.
  4. Transfer to a large bowl and top with the soft-boiled egg, baby bok choy, and sesame seeds.
