Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper, then set aside.
- Rinse the shirataki noodles well under cool running water.
- Boil the noodles for 3 minutes, then rinse again and pat dry.
- In a dutch oven, heat olive oil and sear the steak for 1-2 minutes on each side, then remove and keep warm.
- In the same pot, add more olive oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add mushrooms, coconut aminos, fish sauce, and broth, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Divide the noodles into bowls, add broth and steak, and top with optional toppings.
