Instructions
- Slice the beef across the grain into ¼-inch strips and toss with soy sauce and cornstarch; set aside to marinate.
- Prepare all other ingredients before starting to cook for a smooth process.
- Boil water in a medium pot for ramen while heating vegetable oil in a large skillet.
- Cook the beef in the skillet until browned and cooked to your liking, then transfer to a bowl.
- Add sesame oil to the skillet, then sauté garlic and ginger until golden, followed by red pepper flakes.
- Add broth, remaining soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar, scraping the pan, and simmer until reduced.
- Add broccoli to the sauce, cover, and cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Cook ramen according to package instructions, then drain and add to the skillet with broccoli and beef, tossing to coat.
- Serve topped with sliced green onions if desired.
