Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry with Ramen Noodles

Instructions
- Season the steak with smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and add the beef.
- Cook the beef for 3-6 minutes until no longer pink, then set aside.
- Add broccoli and garlic to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender, then set aside.
- In the skillet, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, and brown sugar, stirring until dissolved.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water in a bowl until smooth, then add to the sauce and stir until thickened.
- Return the cooked beef, broccoli, and noodles to the skillet and stir to combine, cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
