Instructions
- Cook the steak to your desired doneness, either slicing it before or after cooking.
- Sauté the broccoli and carrots until they are crisp-tender, then remove from the pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together tamari, sesame oil, beef broth, ginger powder, garlic powder, chili powder, and coconut sugar to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce into the pan and let it simmer gently for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Mix the arrowroot starch with 2 teaspoons of water in a small bowl, then stir it into the sauce and whisk briefly to thicken.
- While the sauce is cooking, boil the ramen noodles, rinse them with cold water, and add them to the sauce.
- Add the broccoli, carrots, and steak back into the skillet, and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions if desired, and serve warm.
