Boozy Pecan Pie Bars

Instructions
- Soak the pitted dates in bourbon for about 15 minutes.
- Process the almonds and pecans in a food processor until finely chopped.
- Add the vanilla extract and sea salt, then pulse to combine.
- Add the soaked dates one at a time until a dough forms, adding reserved bourbon if needed.
- Press the dough into a parchment-lined dish and sprinkle with sea salt.
- Freeze for 15 minutes, then cut into 12 squares.
- For the non-boozy version, process dates and then mix with other ingredients to form a dough, then freeze.
