Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8 inch pan with grease or parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt until well combined, then press into the bottom of the pan.
- Bake the crust for 15-17 minutes or until slightly golden brown and let it cool completely.
- In a saucepan, heat coconut oil, coconut sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla until boiling, stirring consistently for about 3-4 minutes.
- Once boiling, stir constantly and let it bubble for two minutes before turning off the heat.
- Stir in almond milk and chopped pecans, then pour the mixture over the cooled crust.
- Bake in the oven for 20-22 minutes.
- Let cool on the counter for 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least two hours before serving or cutting.
